من أين تأتي الأسعار؟

أسعار الدولار واليورو من البنك المركزي المصري ومن البنوك المنشورة أسعارها. يعرض التطبيق مصدر كل سعر ووقت تحديثه.

لماذا يظهر سعر الذهب «محسوباً»؟

عندما لا يتوفر سعر مباشر من تاجر، نحسب السعر من الأونصة العالمية وسعر الدولار في مصر. هذا السعر استرشادي ولا يشمل المصنعية أو هامش التاجر.

كل كم يتم التحديث؟

يتحقق التطبيق من الأسعار كل 30 ثانية أثناء فتحه. بعض المصادر (مثل البنك المركزي) تنشر أسعارها مرة واحدة يومياً.

كيف أغيّر اللغة أو المظهر؟

من أيقونة الإعدادات في أعلى الشاشة الرئيسية.

ظهرت رسالة «يلزم تحديث التطبيق»

أحياناً نرفع الحد الأدنى للإصدار المدعوم. اضغط «تحديث الآن» وحدّث التطبيق من App Store.

Where do prices come from?

Dollar and euro rates come from the Central Bank of Egypt and from banks that publish their rates. The app shows the source of each price and when it was updated.

Why is a gold price labelled "calculated"?

When no live dealer price is available, we calculate it from the international ounce price and Egypt's dollar rate. It is indicative and excludes workmanship charges or dealer margins.

How often are prices updated?

The app checks every 30 seconds while it is open. Some sources, such as the Central Bank, publish their rates once a day.

How do I change the language or appearance?

Use the settings icon at the top of the home screen.

I see "Update required"

We sometimes raise the minimum supported version. Tap "Update now" and update the app from the App Store.
